Paying for your Lessons, Invoices, Refunds and Cancellations.
To manage payments we use our automated payment system. It is fast and easy, with no fees or extra charges and the process is highly automated to offer instant payment confirmation.
Bank transfer methods can be arranged. However, your balance updates will not be as responsive as a card saved on file.
We reserve the right to change hourly tutor rates with or without notice.
Payment for lessons must be satisfied before, or a reasonable amount of time after, the lesson you owe fees for taking place and before the next lesson commences.
If payment for previous lessons has not been satisfied, any more lessons you have with us will not be attended by the tutor until your past invoices have been settled.
Cancellation refunds are down to the discretion of the tutor within 24 hours of a lesson taking place.
Rescheduling sessions are down to the discretion of the counsellor/psychotherapist within 24 hours of the session taking place. Outside of 24 hours, we'll try to find another time for your sessions although we may need to cancel future sessions while we do this.
Cancellations may not be accepted within 24 hours of the session taking place. Outside of 24 hours, any sessions can be removed with no questions asked. Sessions cancelled on our behalf will not be charged unless the attending student has broken the Student Code of Conduct which has lead to the termination of the current lesson.
It is your responsibility to be punctual to lessons. It is the tutors discretion if a refund is to be processed within 24 hours of the lesson taking place.
We do not guarantee our lessons will improve grades or academic/personal achievement.
