How do I join my lesson?
Answer: If you have a booking to attend a lesson/consultation, please either login to your student/parent/guardian account we've sent the "set password" email for to view upcoming lessons and joining links. You can also join through the link included in reminder emails which are sent out to parents/guardians and/or students 1 hour and 24 hours before lessons are scheduled to start.
Do I have to sign a contract to use your service?
Answer: A contract is not needed as we work on a lesson-by-lesson basis and you are free to continue or cancel classes on your discretion.
Is there a minimum number of hours of lessons I should take?
Answer: No, it all depends on your needs and how fast you want to progress. You can take it easy or have a very intensive schedule. If you are not sure about it, you can consult this with your tutor.
How do I pay for the lesson?
Answer: We charge after the lesson is over and the report is presented. The manner of payment is arranged by you after your first free 15 to 20-minute consultation. You can top-up your balance with us or add a payment card to be automatically charged after lesson reports are completed.
What happens if I cancel?
Answer: It's okay to cancel before the 24-hour mark from the start of the lesson. After that, cancellation may not be accepted and you may be charged.
What happens if you cancel?
Answer: You will be informed ASAP and most likely asked to reschedule the lesson or choose an alternative available tutor. You will not be charged for this lesson unless the attending student has broken the Student Code of Conduct which has lead to the termination of the lesson.
